Please note: while I’m using the same file I used in Assignment 1′s demo here, you will be using a new file for this assignment. In other words, I don’t want to see the image you used in Assignment 1 turned in for Assignment 2. Capiche?

Remember how I mentioned that Snow Leopard was changing its gamma settings from the former Macintosh standard of 1.8 to 2.2? No? You don’t remember? Shame on you.

Need some help getting your head wrapped around Assignment 1? This video might help.
This video will show you how to use Photoshop’s array of selection tools to select portions of an image and then change those portions using adjustment layers. Without killing pixels, of course.
